NAIL ART - BALLOONS NAIL

	Materials Needed Two Way Nail Art Bottle - Carribean Blue Flat Nail Shapes - Dots Rainbow Mix Laser Lights - Green Sheba Nail Art Bonding Sealer Stick N' Stone Picker Upper (optional but helpful)
	With brush end of Two Way Nail Art Bottle, paint the entire nail with color.
	Entire nail has been painted.
	Prepare the nail for laser light application by coating with nail art sealer top coat.
	While nail is still wet, apply laser lights. These are the "strings" for the balloons.
	When all laser lights are applied, trim end with scissors.
	If nail has become dry by now, paint again with nail art sealer top coat to prepare for rainbow dots application.
	While the nail is still wet with top coat, begin placing the rainbow dots - these are the "balloons".
	Fill nail with as many "balloons" as you like. Finally seal with nail art bonding sealer top coat.
	Nail is complete - for longer lasting design, encapsulate with clear acrylic or clear uv gel.
