SHIPPING

All orders shipped via UPS or USPS - Unless otherwise requested.

(UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes - street address only please.)  Please note that products considered hazardous will be shipped via ground only and therefore transit time can be longer.  Parcels can be shipped with signature required if requested - we are not responsible for missing/stolen packages for any orders either domestic or international once delivery is confirmed.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES (CONTINENTAL US)

Flat rate shipping - $5  (up to 15 pounds)

 

 

Orders over above weight limit will be emailed shipping options.

 

ALASKA, HAWAII & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipping cost will vary depending on weight and destination and if any of the products are considered hazardous material by the Department of Transportation such as acrylic liquids, disinfectant, top coats, nail polish etc. 

The $32.50 shipping charge is only an estimate, actual shipping charges may be less or more than indicated on initial order confirmation.  If the shipping costs are less a refund will be issued for the difference.   If the shipping charges are more, you will be contacted by Sheba Nails and get the opportunity to accept or deny the additional shipping charges.  Should you choose to not to accept the additional shipping charges, your order can be canceled and we will be happy to refund the entire purchase amount. 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION  FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (OUTSIDE USA):
International rates vary based on the country of destination, weight and actual dimensions of the shipment. To receive the cost for shipping to a destination outside the United States you must first place your order so we know the weight, the size, exactly what items are being shipped, and the final delivery destination. Duties, taxes, VAT and applicable importation fees are not included in the cost of delivery. These fees vary according to the country of destination, value of shipment and class of goods and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These costs will be billed to you by the carrier upon determination.
Please note: Due to the chemical content of many items, dangerous goods and hazardous materials safety guidelines will be strictly obeyed. International orders may be subject to additional documentation and packaging fees.
 
If you want to make an international order-outside of the USA-, PLEASE, read the following information.
  • Normally it takes 7-14 days for delivery.
    Sometimes it takes 21 to 28 business days for delivery.
    We do not know when it will be delayed in Customs or for how long.
  • Sheba Nails is not responsible for any packages held by Customs. Sometimes Customs may open your package, your package may be rearranged.
  • Orders that are shipped to international locations may incur local custom's fees or duties. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer/buyer; Sheba Nails does not pay customs or duties fees.
  • We always ship our packages with delivery confirmation for your benefit. You will always be able to track your packages after receiving the tracking information via email.
  • Sometimes we run out of a Product while filling orders.  These products will be canceled and refunded.  Please check your email for any information updates.
  • All packages shipped back to us because the customer/buyer was not at home or the address that the customer/buyer provided was incorrect; the customer/buyer is responsible for the shipping.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • All refused orders will be charged an additional shipping cost for the cost to resend the shipment.  These charges must be paid before shipment is reshipped.
  • We carefully pack and check all boxes before they are sent. Sometimes the package may be damaged during transit.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Orders sent via air, domestically or internationally, can incur additional charges if hazardous materials are contained. Hazardous materials require special packaging and documentation. Items determined to be hazardous by the Department of Transportation include such items as nail acrylics, removers, glue, gels, developers, aerosols and products containing alcohol. Orders need to be packed before actual charges can be determined. We cannot ship hazardous materials via USPS Priority Mail.  If this is the case, you will be contacted by Sheba Nails.

Orders with flammable products or aerosols going to foreign destinations are shipped via FedEx. FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO.

Orders containing items that require are hazardous and are required to be shipped ORMD may take a longer transit time as they must be sent via ground delivery only.

 

RETURNS

Exchange of damaged merchandise only. The company must receive request for exchange of damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Sheba Nails has the right to refuse returns. No returns of products due to misuse or abuse.  Damages in shipment must be reported to carrier within 48 hours. No returns will be accepted without authorization.  Refunds given for product price only.  Sheba Nails reserves the right to offer either a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit.

No refunds on airbrush systems, repairs only.  Please contact Sheba for further details.  No returns, DVD's and Nail Polish Base, Gel Polish, Nail Polish and private label items and equipment. 

Sheba Nails sends all packages with tracking information and therefore are not responsible for stolen items once delivery is confirmed from carrier.

 

BACK ORDERS

All backorder items are immediately canceled.  Please reorder with your next order.

 

SALES TAX

A 6% sales tax will be applied to Michigan customers only. 

 

REFUSED PACKAGES

All refused or returned packages are subject to a $25.00 fee, with the exception of packages delivered via common carrier (truck/freight) in which actual freight charges are applicable.
